Children & Families
Helping children feel understood, families feel supported, and the path forward feel clearer.
Child & Adolescent Counselling
Children and adolescents experience things a little differently: anxiety that will not settle, school that has started to feel impossible, friendships that do not quite work, feelings they cannot explain. Sessions are structured, goal-directed, and involve parents as active partners in the process.
Support is built around the child, their family, and the environments they move through every day.
Assessments & Screening
Sometimes families sense something is going on before they have words for it. Assessments provide clarity on learning, attention, development, and your child's overall profile. This includes comprehensive psycho-educational assessments and second-opinion assessments for families who want an independent view of a previous report.
Early Childhood Consultation
For families with children under 5 who are showing developmental concerns. We begin with a developmental consultation, guide families on home-based strategies, and help connect them to appropriate early intervention services when needed.
We also work alongside preschools to help ensure support feels consistent across environments.
The earlier a concern is understood, the more opportunities a child has to thrive.
In-School Support Services
When a child needs support within the school environment, families are often left coordinating multiple conversations, professionals, and plans on their own.
We help put the right supports in place and ensure everyone involved is working towards the same goal.
Special Educator Placement & Oversight
Qualified Special Educators placed within the school work directly with your child, collaborate with classroom teachers, and help students access the curriculum on their own terms.
Ongoing oversight ensures support remains consistent, accountable, and responsive to the child's changing needs.
Shadow Teacher Support
For children who require individualised support throughout the school day, Trained Shadow Teachers are placed with the child, while maintaining communication between the school and the parents.
The goal is always greater independence, participation, and confidence within the classroom.
Individual Education Plan (IEP) Development
A practical, goal-based IEP developed in collaboration with everyone involved in the child's care. It is built to be used.
An IEP should guide support in everyday school life, not sit forgotten in a file.
School Advocacy & Liaison
School meetings can feel overwhelming when families are unsure what support to ask for or how to communicate their child's needs.
We help families navigate conversations with schools, coordinate accommodation plans, and build collaborative relationships focused on the child's success.
The child stays in the school — and belongs in it.
Parent & Family Support
Raising a child with complex needs touches every part of family life, and we understand that most of that weight lands on parents and caregivers quietly.
We work with parents and caregivers on practical strategies, communication, behaviour support, school partnership, and the day-to-day realities of raising a child with additional needs.
