Come Work With Us
We're a small, growing practice working at the intersection of psychology, education, and child advocacy.
Open Roles
Our work sits across schools and families. On any given week, that means supporting children with diverse learning needs, working alongside educators, collaborating with parents, and helping schools build environments where every child has a real shot. If that's the kind of work you want to do, we'd like to hear from you.
Special Educator
Collaborate with classrooms and families to tailor educational schedules and behavior pathways, ensuring child-centric adaptations.
Child Psychologist
Deliver accessible clinical therapy support, lead social development groups, and guide family advocacy pathways.
Internship Programme
Our internship is designed for psychology students who want hands-on, supervised experience in a child and adolescent setting. Interns at TheOpenDoor work alongside our clinical team, supporting assessments, assisting with group facilitation, and contributing to documentation and case coordination.
You will learn by doing, with close supervision and real responsibility. We are looking for students who are curious, child-centred, and ready to work in a space that takes inclusion seriously.
