School Inclusion
Practical support for schools building more inclusive, accessible, and responsive learning environments.
Inclusive Education Audit
We believe that inclusion isn't built through one programme or one department. It grows through hundreds of everyday decisions, thoughtful conversations, and systems that help educators respond with confidence.
Our Inclusion and Mental Health audit aims to provide you with a picture of accessibility, policies, student support, and staff readiness. An understanding of what's working, identify what we can help with, and provide a clear action plan that school leaders can use to strengthen inclusion across the organisation.
The audit is the foundation. Everything we build together after it comes from what we find.
Screening, Early Evaluation & Needs
The SEEN Programme
Every school has children who learn differently. Some are working much harder than anyone realises. Others quietly fall behind, not because they lack potential, but because they need support that hasn't yet been recognised. The SEEN Programme is a grade-wise screening process that helps change that. Students who may need additional support are identified earlier, and families are brought into the conversation clearly, helping concerns be addressed earlier and more effectively.
Individual Education Plans
For students who require additional support, Individualised Education Plans are developed in collaboration with families, educators, and other professionals involved in the child's care. These plans provide clear goals, practical classroom strategies, and ongoing review to ensure support remains relevant as the child grows.
In-School Support Services
Some students need support that goes beyond what a classroom teacher can provide on their own. Qualified Special Educators and in-class support personnel are placed within schools, with ongoing professional oversight throughout. For schools looking to strengthen their internal wellbeing services, we can also support the recruitment and placement of school counsellors.
Educator Support & Growth
Confident educators build better classrooms. We deliver practical training for teachers, school counsellors, and leadership teams on topics including neurodiversity, inclusive teaching practices, behaviour support, student wellbeing, safeguarding, and family-school collaboration.
These are hands-on sessions designed to give educators strategies they can use the very next day.
Student Programmes
Our student workshops help children and adolescents build self-awareness, emotional literacy, resilience, healthy relationships, and help-seeking skills. Delivered through interactive activities and guided discussion, these programmes are designed to create meaningful engagement rather than passive learning.
For schools looking for a longer-term approach, we also support the development and implementation of Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) programmes tailored to their student community.
Parent Workshops
Strong partnerships between schools and families create better outcomes for children. Our parent workshops help caregivers better understand learning, development, well-being, and the challenges children may face at different stages of growth.
Sessions can be tailored to your parent community and are designed to build confidence, encourage collaboration, and strengthen the home-school relationship.
Building a more inclusive school starts with understanding where you are today and where you want to go.
